Leadway Pensure, a Pension Fund Administrator, says it has introduced a mobile application and other electronic systems as part of efforts to boost its services and improve pension knowledge among contributors.
In a statement on Sunday, the firm said the introduction of the mobile application became necessary as organisations were seeing the need to recognise the value in interacting with clients through various outlets on the Internet.
“Leadway Pensure has recently launched its mobile app, giving full account access to registered clients to monitor their accounts, carry out changes and updates and rate services rendered, among other features,” it stated.
The firm said it had introduced social media features including a full-fledged cartoon series, pictorial ‘dos and don’ts’ for job seekers, customer service chat for enquiries and service requests, educative content on the pension industry and creating a work-life balance.
It added that it had introduced an educative programme on the importance of Wills, financial prudence and preparing for retirement early, among others.
According to the firm, the inclusion of a customer touch-point in all its campaigns makes it an attractive avenue for customers to contact the organisation seamlessly
